I am fairly confident I have mentioned a couples times that Fall is my favorite season. The cool crisp air, changing leaves, pumpkins galore. It’s the best time to get outside, in my opinion. Making it one of the best times to have an outdoor wedding! Guests will not be too hot, if your opt for an outdoor ceremony and/or reception, the beautiful natural surroundings create the perfect backdrop. White table linens, burlap or other beige table runner, mason jars filled with deep red chrysanthemum or sunflowers. Perfect, just perfect!

Fall Color Scheme

From perusing the internet gazing at various color schemes for Fall weddings, I think Stephanie Stremler put together the BEST color schemes. And this wedding showcased on The Knot, took place in Youngsville, NC. I don’t think there is ANYTHING I didn’t love about these wedding details. I love them all!

For a rustic vibe, use large wooden barrels as the entrance to your ceremony aisle. Top with jewel-toned floral arrangements to make a simple but magnificent impact. Another idea, would be use vintage wooden flower boxes filled with greenery, yellow, lavender, and deep orange flowers.

Favors could include DIY s’more kits, small mason jars of local jam/jelly, honey, caramel apples, or bottles of apple cider.
